One of the lessons I have learned after decades of teaching karate is that a dojo is not sustained by technique alone.
It is sustained by systems, leadership, reflection, and careful attention to the development of people.
Over the past year we have been quietly building a global administration platform to support our Jin Sei Ryu branches around the world.
It is designed to help us better manage the many moving parts of an international karate organisation, while enabling our branch heads and instructors to focus more on what matters most — taking care of their students.
This is an internal platform developed by Honbu, provided at no additional cost to our branch heads, instructors, and members.
We look forward to sharing more with you soon.
