Your free introductory class is 45 minutes long.
It includes:
- Bow-in and warm-up
- Stretching routine
- Basic hand and leg techniques
- Simple pad work
- Time at the end for questions
Please wear comfortable exercise clothing (e.g., T-shirt and sweatpants), bring a water bottle, and arrive 10 minutes early.
