WHAT TO EXPECT IN YOUR FIRST CLASS

Your free introductory class is 45 minutes long.

It includes:

  • Bow-in and warm-up
  • Stretching routine
  • Basic hand and leg techniques
  • Simple pad work
  • Time at the end for questions

Please wear comfortable exercise clothing (e.g., T-shirt and sweatpants), bring a water bottle, and arrive 10 minutes early.
