Kancho Ino

Founder and Chairman

Kancho Ino Maquirang has trained in karate-do for more than five decades and is recognised as one of Australia’s senior traditional martial arts teachers. Jin Sei Ryu represents the evolution of his life’s work – a system grounded in budo values and dedicated to helping every student grow with clarity, discipline, and kindness.

His teaching blends traditional discipline, modern pedagogy, and a deep commitment to student development.

Philosophy

Karate-do is a way of deepening self-awareness, strengthening character, and learning to act with clarity and compassion. Through regular, disciplined practice, we develop the ability to meet challenges with calm focus, resilience, and purposeful action.
