I understand that participation in the Jin Sei Ryu Karate-Dō Australian Benefit Tournament involves physical activity and certain risks. I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to take part.

I accept full responsibility for any accident or injury that may occur during the Tournament or while entering or leaving the venue. I release Jin Sei Ryu Karate-Dō Australia, its staff, and representatives from all liability for injuries or accidents, even if caused by their negligence.

I confirm that I have read and will follow the Tournament rules and regulations. I understand that medical treatment provided will be limited to basic first aid.

I give permission for Jin Sei Ryu Karate-Dō Australia to use photos, videos, or other media taken during the Tournament for promotional or media purposes without expecting payment or compensation.
